Do any of these sound familiar?

      Anxiety, Stress, Panic
      • you feel on edge all the time
      • you lay awake thinking about all the things you have to do
      • you constantly worry about things in the future
      • you have a hard time concentrating
      • you feel physical symptoms such as trembling, shortness of breath, and/or fogginess that are not associated with health conditions
       Depression, Sadness, Feeling Hopeless
      • you don't feel like doing the things you used to enjoy
      • you lack motivation to do simple things
      • you have stopped caring about yourself
      • you feel stuck and hopeless
      Relationship Issues
      • you tend to get involved with partners who are emotionally unavailable
      • you feel unloved in relationships
      • you feel you can't be happy unless you are in a relationship
As your therapist, I can help you get through these struggles. Together we will come up with a treatment plan that will help you heal the painful patterns in your life and feel happier in the present.

      Online Counseling

Online sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform such as Doxy.me. Online counseling is just as effective (maybe more!) than face-to-face sessions. People generally feel more relaxed doing their sessions at home. Per licensing rules, the only requirement is that you are located in the state of Florida.

Online counseling is not appropriate for people who are in crisis, present a danger to themselves or others, or for those who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness. A phone consultation is required before making your first appointment in order for the therapist to determine whether online treatment is appropriate and safe.
