How to Heal from Sadness, Anxiety, Relationship Conflicts, and Life's Chaos
Do you feel stuck?
Do you cry often?
Is life a
struggle?
Do you feel anger towards people in your
life?
Are you feeling worthless or not good enough?
Are you overwhelmed with stress and just don’t
know what to do anymore?
These emotions are just signals that your mind is in a
negative state.
Your thoughts are causing you to view the world through a
lens of darkness, limitation, and hopelessness.
I want you to know there is a way to change all this.
You can shift your thoughts to a different way of viewing
the world.
A world that you may not be able to see right now, but, in
fact, it is sitting there right in front of you.
"Change your thoughts and you change
your world"...Norman Vincent Peale
Thoughts and feelings can be suppressed in your mind and
body. As a result, you may feel frustration, anger, sadness, and
hopelessness.
You may also have
headaches, physical tension, fatigue, and trouble concentrating.
You may not feel like socializing or doing activities you
used to enjoy.
First, I want you to know that this is a normal reaction to troubling situations. We all experience challenges and trauma in
life. It is a part of our human
experience. And as humans, we react in these ways.
But we can undo the impact of these experiences.
And live life from a state of peace, joy, bliss, and fulfillment.
Doesn’t that sound nice?
"If you realized how powerful your
thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought"...Peace Pilgrim
So how do you do this, you ask.
You start by exploring your pain, your experiences, your
struggles.
Next, you process these emotions by allowing yourself to be
present to your feelings.
You accept your present state as it is. No judgment.
No criticism. It is what it is. And you did nothing wrong to feel
like that.
Then you shift your mind towards the true essence of who you are. The positive emotions. The feelings that make you feel good. The future that you have been longing for.
"We are shaped by our thoughts; we
become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that
never leaves"... Buddha
As a therapist, I can guide you through this process.
With empathy and compassion, I hold space for
you to explore your struggles. Then I help you sort through it all. And get to
the other side.
